We are a well-established dealership in the Libertyville area with an immediate opening for a Business Development Representative (BDC) to help us maintain our customer support in a quick and professional manner, to our internet and telephone customers, converting them into appointments and prospecting new customers. Job Description:

  • Outbound call follow-up from internet leads and unsold showroom traffic.
  • Answer incoming sales calls with the objective of making a sale.
  • Set and confirm appointments, follow up for each shown or missed appointment.
  • Answer customer questions promptly with honesty and accuracy.
  • Accomplish individual goals set within the BDC and support the dealership’s goals.

Requirements

  • Experience preferred
  • Must like talking on the phone and answering customer's questions about our extensive line of products.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone skills
  • The ability to multi-task, follow direction, be open to change, work effectively under pressure, and to positively defuse negative situations with customers.
  • Strong work ethic, computer savvy, team oriented and organized
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
