Job description

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to oversee all aspects of our service department. The manager is responsible for all operations within the automotive shop and for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Fast paced environment with competitive pay. 


Responsibilities:

  • Effective communication skills with customers regarding their automotive maintenance repairs
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Organize work flow to deliver quality work timely and efficiently
  • Enforce adherence with all safety standards and environmental laws and regulations


Requirements

  • Valid Driver's license
  • Must have good technical aptitude or experience as technician
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills in service and repair
